A road trip to remember for lifetime… so many up-downs… bad weather spoilt plan at many places specially at more plains and rohtang…
khardung la the highest motorable road affected friends’ health and still we were on.
Ladakhi people are the best people and too much honest. After more plains we had to stay at pang village due to bad weather, visited a tent, were just having some coffee and thinking where to stay. yet not finallized we will stay there or not and a family came they were offering almost thrice of the price we were to give them and the owner just denied saying we came first and so we must get a place, only if we deny to stay that family will get the place.
also on next morning as they knew we have a long way to go they woke up us as we were tired and so slept till late. they were taking care just as our parents. experienced the same with many ladakhi people. they are just awesome… very much impressed with them.
An end of road trip is the start of work and so back with a bang and work will be resumed from tomorrow.
